2. Do you require contracts?


No! We believe in keeping things stress-free. You can cancel your service anytime, no questions asked.



3. What is your money-back guarantee ?


If you’re not satisfied with our service, we offer a money-back guarantee. Your happiness is our top priority!



4. Can I switch between weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly services?


Yes, you can switch between plans at any time. Just let us know, and we’ll update your schedule accordingly.



5. Do you scoop during bad weather?


Yes, we aim to provide service rain or shine. If conditions are severe, we’ll reschedule and inform you in advance.



6. What areas do you serve?


We serve all of the East Valley! That includes Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Mesa, Gilbert, Apache Junction & parts of Chandler!



7. How can I pay for services?


We use "Square Secured Payments" to accept payments. "Square" accepts payment methods such as credit card, apple pay, and google pay. You will receive a text with a link to an online invoice when time to pay. It's easy as can be!



8. How can I cancel or reschedule my service?

9. What if I have multiple dogs?


No problem! We pride ourselves on our flat rate policy for our services. No matter the number of dogs, our price doesn't change.



10. Is there anything I need to do before service?


Just ensure we have access to the area, such as unlocking gates. That’s it!
